About this deal

However, Burt's Bees Lip Shines are so much better than traditional glosses as they're packed full of good ingredients such as Castor Seed Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Beeswax, Shea Butter and Cocoa Seed Butter. Rhubarb' is a divine berry shade and 'Apricot' is a peachy shade that looks quite similar to 'Hibiscus' on the skin.

As a teenager I went through countless tubes of their Beeswax Lip Balm and I always saw friends and family members using other bits and pieces from their extensive range. Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers are more pigmented that the Tinted Lip Balms and they also have a slightly frosty finish and a powerful minty fragrance. I could have gone with a five-star rating FYI but I'm no longer sure about Burt's Bees cruelty-free status. My favourite way to wear Pucker is over the top of Burt's Bees Lip Crayons ( which offer a lot of pigmentation and last well on the lips), this combination gives long lasting colour and high-shine which is my preference. I wear lip gloss/balms all the time and this is one of my all-time favourites - I have the dark one and you only need a little bit to give lips a lovely colour. But if you love simple makeup that will also leave your lips looking plumped and juicy then these Lip Shines are a great choice. Not only do these Lip Shines leave your lips looking gorgeous when you apply them but they'll also do them a lot of good in the long-run by keeping them hydrated.

They offer a highly pigmented dose of colour in a comfortable semi-matte - the crayon shape makes the colour easy to apply, and the formula is packed full of noursihing oils ( Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil and Kendi Oil) to keep your lips feeling and looking smooth and hydrated. Hibiscus' is a terracotta red shade which looks a tad more terracotta on my lips, it is a pretty natural autumnal shade. Brand new to the Burt’s Bees 100% natural portfolio is this 12 shade range of lip glosses which use botanical oils and Beeswax to nourish and moisturise whilst delivering an intense hit of colour and shine.I like the feel – it is fairly heavy on the texture front but this definitely helps the pigment and shine cling to the lips and having played with these for a few hours, I’d say they are rather long lasting for a gloss.
